Fruition was founded by Eileen Mauchline in 2009. Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, the business offers business and marketing solutions across all sectors.
Eileen started her career in advertising, moving on to working in the private sector in marketing and then for the Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust. She went on to work in Economic Regeneration before moving to Aberdeen and working in business consultancy and management. With a BA with distinction in Marketing and Business and a diploma in Business Advice and Counselling, Eileen enjoys mixing theory with her practical experience, making her offering quite unique. She has helped over 500 people start up and continue in business, giving them support and ideas to make a success of it.
Fruition is comprised of a team of specialists in their field who work hard to make the business a success.
